Urgent or out of hours treatment

We have worked with local patients, patient groups and public in order to make the website - and particularly this section of the website - as easy to understand and follow as possible.

We have called our services by terms that you understand as opposed to what we call them. We hope you find the service pages useful and easy to navigate.

Adults & older people

Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust provides a range of dedicated and specialist services for adults and older people across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin.

Community hospitals, MIUs and health centres

Find out more about the Trust's four community hospitals, three minor injury units and the Oswestry Health Centre. Bishops Castle hospital is currently closed.

Children, young people and families

The Trust provides a range of specialist services for babies, children and families such Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) and School Nurses.

Community Dental Service

The service provides a full range of dental care to both children and adults with special care needs.

Keeping healthy
