Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

  • Name, role, value (WCAG 4.1.2).
  • Contrast(Minimum) ( WCAG 1.4.3)

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

  1. Input elements do not have a role attribute, so people using a screen reader cannot access the information. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 4.2.1 (Name, Role, Value).

  3. Some links open in a new window but this is not clearly stated. This will cause issues for screen reader users in not conveying information. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.4.4(Link Purpose).
  4. Some elements with role attributes do not use valid values, this will cause issues to screen readers in correctly conveying information. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 4.2.1 (Name, Role, Value).
  5. Some documents are PDF's. They are not accessible in a number of ways including missing text alternatives and missing document title and structure.
