The Headquarters for the the Trust moved from William Farr House to Mount McKinley House. No services are provided at William Farr House by Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust as this is now solely used by Royal Shrewsbury Hospital (SATH), phone 01743 261000. Do not call 01743 277500 as they will be unable to assist you. You can access the directions to William Farr House here.
As the Trust Headquarters does not operate a switchboard, please contact the individual services directly.
