If you feel your child requires a referral to Physiotherapy

We accept referrals from GPs, consultants, health visitors and other health professionals.

Please discuss your child with the most appropriate health care professional who can discuss with you if a referral to us is appropriate

If your child is on our waiting list

We aim to see all patients within 18 weeks of receiving their referral.
If you have been waiting longer than this, or you feel your child is deteriorating or have urgent concerns, please contact us via our admin teams Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm at:

If your child already has a named Physiotherapist

Compliments and Complaints

We are always striving to improve our service. If we have done something well or you feel something could be improved, please let us know by completing this short questionnaire. Please put 'Children's Physiotherapy' as the location.

If you would like to raise a complaint, we welcome open discussion with a team member, the team lead Helen Jeeves, or a clinical lead of our service in the first instance. Please contact admin on 01952 567300 or 01743 450800 and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Alternatively, if you would prefer not to talk directly to a member of the Physiotherapy team, please contact The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) or see more information on making a complaint.
