School Nursing

We provide a caring and responsive School Nursing Service across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin. The School Nursing Service promotes and supports the health and wellbeing of all school aged children from 5 to 19 years old.

Dudley School Nurses

Dudley School Nurses are based within the secondary schools across the Borough of Dudley to increase our accessibility and visibility for children and young people.

Telford School Nurses

The Telford School Nursing Service takes over their care from the Health Visitor at the age of 5.

Shropshire School Nurses

The Shropshire School Nursing Service works with children aged 5-19 (5-25 SEND), their parents, carers and families to provide health information and advice, and promote good health.
