Trust headquarters
The Trust has relocated the headquarters to Mount McKinley in Shrewsbury Business Park. The building is owned an operated by Shropshire Council and is shared with a housing organisation.
There is no parking for NHS patients. Parking is very limited for staff and visitors (including blue badge holders). Access for staff without a pass is requested through an intercom. There is no intercom for reception - please select the appropriate office/service button (labelled)
Areas we cover and provide services from
We provide community health services from a range of locations across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.
We provide a range of clinics and specialist services in a range of local settings. These include, for example: schools, specialist day centres, purpose-built offices and we even run some types of clinics in places like supermarkets and hotels to make them as accessible as possible, eg to help people give up smoking. We try our best to run clinics in places that are convenient to people at times that are convenient to them. We also run four vibrant community hospitals at Whitchurch, Bridgnorth, Bishop's Castle* and Ludlow.

Our staff in local communities and in patients' homes
We don't just provide clinic care, we also provide vital care for patients in their own homes. We have a team of dedicated, professional community nurses and specialist nurses and therapists that go out into local communities and visit patients at home.
They provide care and support in the environment that most people feel most comfortable: in their own home, with their family and friends around them.
