Our policies and procedures

Overview

This section details the current written protocols, policies and procedures for delivering our services and responsibilities.

As the Trust is newly formed (being an amalgamation of the two local PCT's Community/Provider functions), the policies being actively used are gradually being updated to reflect the new organisation's scope and remit. Where a policy has not yet been devised/approved by the Trust, staff are to work to their previous PCT employer's latest equivalent version (if/where available).

Complaints and other customer service enquiries/issues are normally in the first instance, raised through contacting the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS).
