GPs need to contact the specific service they want to refer in to, in order to complete a referral.

The Oswestry Health Centre sees out-patients from across the north west of the county as well as providing specialist clinics to patients across the whole of Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. The services provided include:

- Audiology (Adults and children)
- Bladder screening
- Community and Mental Health Services – Children
- Diabetes
- Ear, Nose and Throat
- Falls Clinics
- Help to Quit
- Memory Clinic
- Minor Injuries Unit
- Occupational Therapy - Childrens
- Orthopaedics
- Orthoptist
- Paediatric Clinics
- Podiatry
- Psychiatry Clinics – Adults
- Speech and Language Therapy
- X-rays (available at the MIU - we do not x-ray children under the age of 5 years old)
Patients not seen by this service
Oswestry Health Centre does not provide a 24-hour Minor Injury Unit (MIU) access. Please check our Minor Injury Units page for more information (includes hours of operation).
